MYL Refund Policy
We create our budget based on the number of committed athletes we have in the program. Therefore, NO REFUNDS will be given to players/parents. If an injury arises during the course of the season, we will address that injury accordingly. As long as a player remains in good standing with the team, s/he will be afforded the same support all players receive in the recruiting process(HS Teams Only). Due to the significant fixed costs of running a Perfect Performance Team Sports Club, no refunds will be available to players who are injured or otherwise cannot play. Players accepting an invitation to play for the Club are liable for the full seasons fee.
For regular Spring season registration for 2023, a 50% refund shall be granted if requested and submitted with reason no later than February 4, 2023.
If any refunds are approved, they will be subject to deductions for any processing fees that may include county fees, MYL program fees, and/or uniform or equipment fees committed to on registration.
Refunds are NOT provided because families CANNOT, OR WILL NOT accommodate their schedules for practice OR game times and refunds will not be provided because the league will not accommodate a specific coach/team request. Refunds are not provided because a family is disappointed in and/or disagrees with team placement of their player.
If a player has an injury that will not allow them to be able to compete in the Spring season, then they will need to provide a doctor's note showing that he/she will not be able to compete for the ENTIRE season.
